Milka Kimmel, LMSW

 Licensed Master Social Worker

Milka Kimmel is a compassionate and experienced therapist specializing in Adolescent and Young Adult Therapy. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and earned a certificate in Trauma-Informed Practice.

As a dedicated educator, Milka is a professor at Mount Saint Vincent College and a certified Kallah Teacher, providing pre marital relationship skills.

Milka has practiced in various settings: gap year programs, a school serving girls at risk, and a low-income clinic.

Milka's expertise includes evidence-based practices such as CBT, ERP, IFS, Complex Trauma, and EFT. She works with individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression and complex trauma. Milka also supports those navigating new life stages and relationships, helping them build the skills and confidence to thrive.

With her warm and inviting approach, Milka creates a safe and supportive environment for her clients. Her goal is to help them develop self-awareness, confidence, and resilience, empowering them to navigate life's challenges with courage and determination.
