Milka Kimmel is a compassionate and experienced therapist specializing in Adolescent and Young Adult Therapy. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and earned a certificate in Trauma-Informed Practice.

As a dedicated educator, Milka is a professor at Mount Saint Vincent College and a certified Kallah Teacher, providing pre marital relationship skills.

Milka has practiced in various settings: gap year programs, a school serving girls at risk, and a low-income clinic.

Milka's expertise includes evidence-based practices such as CBT, ERP, IFS, Complex Trauma, and EFT. She works with individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression and complex trauma.
