We have offices in Long Island and Brooklyn for individuals who prefer to meet in-person. Additionally, we are licensed to provide telehealth services to clients anywhere in New York State.

Intake sessions last 50 minutes, while ongoing individual and group sessions are 45 minutes. Adjustments to session length can be made based on the therapist-client agreement.
